Pregnancy Test Negative, Delayed Periods
I last got my periods on Feb 4,2012 and i had a doubt whether i had conceived but when i did urine pregnancy test on 17-Mar-2012,it was negative.so i had been to doctor on 24 Mar 12 and did theurine pregnancy test agin.it was negative.so doctor prescibed me tab Meprate 10 mg for 5 days.i have still not got my periods.please advice

There are many causes for the delayed period.
Its very important to know your age.
As age approaches to cessation of menses around 40 years there is irregular or delayed periods .
AS pregnancy test was negative,you have already taken Meprate 10 mg for 5 days ,you have to wait another 3-4 days to have a withdrawl bleeding or periods.
Must have Thyroid function &usg done to rule out PCOD.
