High blood pressure during pregnancy is suggestive of a clinical condition called "preeclampsia".
This condition is associated with positive urine albumin levels as well as lower limb swelling (pedal edema). I wonder if you also have swelling of feet. If yes, then you have the classical symptoms of preeclampsia.
Preeclampsia is a concerning problem associated with pregnancy. When left unattended, it can lead to complications such as occurrence of convulsion. Proper treatment of preeclampsia involves keeping blood pressures under control, regular monitoring of urine albumin levels as well as resting well.
Your condition is concerning and needs regular follow up with your gynecologist. Treatment involves continued treatment of hypertension and monitoring urine albumin levels.
Hope this answers your query.
