I am 39 weeks pregnant and have cold like symptoms, ive heard its a sign the baby might be coming soon. but i am very uncomfortable cant breathe very well and have been having a sore throat and very runny nose is there anything besides tylenol I can take to help or is it something I have to just deal with until my babys arrival my due date is january 4th
