Hello,
The cause of your miscarriages can be known only through an evaluation of the products of conception, done at the time of the abortion. Though genetic defects are common in the first trimester abortions, hormonal deficiencies and structural defects along with infections also need to be considered. I would ask you to see a specialist in high risk pregnancies for further management. Meanwhile, please do not stress as anxiety is harmful to a pregnancy, take bed rest and avoid all strenuous activity. Please get a trans-vaginal sonogram to see the viability and the location of the sac. Hope this helps.
