Pregnant. Tenderness And Popping In Back Ribs, Tightening In Stomach. Broken Rib?

I am 26 weeks pregnant, I have had some tenderness on my right side about the area of my floating ribs, towards the back. While laying on my right side I coughed and felt something pop. I have been in much discomfort and keep having what I think is muscle spasms that's causing my stomach to tighten. Is this classic of a broken rib?

May be,but just coughing made ur rib to pop out is weird, may be u must have injured unknowingly.Sometimes it can be muscle cramps too.Consult your doctor because it need to be checked physically and then the right treatment can be instituted. Also sometimes may be due to gall bladder pain.If an ultrasound is done you can rule out any gallbladder or liver pathology.
