Hello, thanks for using health care magic.
There is no problem with the
ultrasound of your daughter. It appears perfect as organogenensis is perfectly progressing with no abnormalities. More so, her estimated
gestational age from the ultrasound corresponds to her chronological gestational age from her last menstrual period. The heart beat, number of vessels in the
umbilical cord, placenta location, closed
cervix, etc are all expected findings in a normal
pregnancy.
At the gestational age now, the foetus will present at various variable lie until after 34-36 weeks of gestational that the lie becomes permanent.
A follow up scan is usually needed at 30 weeks of gestation to examine the placenta type and rule out morphological abnormalities.
More powers to your shoulders as you care for your daughter and hope this helps you.
