hi,
in case of previous delivery was by cesarean section there is chance to have adhesions they may be responsible for pain.
if pain is not getting subsided with analgesics you can go for physiotherapy.
hypoglycemia will be present during pregnancy and in addition you have cleaned the whole house that might have led to further decreased glucose levels causing blackout like features.
check your blood pressure once because high blood pressure can also lead to these type of features.
you maintain better nutrition, inspite of adequate hemoglobin if you do not take sufficient diet it can lead to anemia because of increased demand of pregnancy.
take care.
