You can keep constipation aside by following some measures like: Drinking enough water to keep yourself hydrated. Regular sleep and eating. High fiber diet. exercise regularly. For hemorrhoids other than your ongoing treatment, stool softner like docusate sodium can be taken which are safe in pregnancy. Orange liquid coming out may be due to healing process.
