Pregnant, Cloudy Urine, Dehydration. History Of Type Two Diabetes. Causes And Treatment?

I am 37 weeks pregnant with my third son (2nd pregnancy, twins before) and am having cloudy urine when I go to the bathroom. I have had problem with dehydration during this pregnancy so I m constantly drinking water. Its clear but cloudy if you understand, not yellow like it would be if I was dehydrated. What could cause this? I am also diabetic, type 2.
