Pregnant, Feels Shaky, Light Headed, Dizzy, Nausea, Eating And Drinking Properly. Hormonal Problem?

I am about 25 weeks pregnant , and i am shakey, light headed, dizzy, and kind of nauseous. i feel like im going to pass out even when im just sitting down. i havent had any major issues with this pregnacy (this is my second child, first pregnancy was high risk) ive tried eating, and getting my blood sugar level up but its not that, ive also tried drinking water thinking it was dehydration . its not helping. what should i do? could this be hormomnes or potentially dangerous for me and my baby?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern you have a pregnancy and the symptoms that you have stated here could be related to this in my opinion two factor that need to be considered first is Blood pressure and second is blood glucose level these two are to be watched by the medical person only with authentic way (Instruments) this is not the hormone problem, but attention has to be paid for this, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
