Pregnant, Fluid In Ear, Dizziness, Hearing Loss, Weird Feelings. Taking Medication. Suggestions?

I have fluid in my ear and I'm 32 weeks pregnant. It's been there for 2 weeks and is not getting better. I feel dizzy all the time, hearing loss and like I'm going a little crazy with the weird feelings. What can I do. It does not appear infected as I have had it look at multiple times. I have tried Claritin d and sudafed to no avail. Im about to go to the Emergency room.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
As you are pregnant i would suggest you not to take oral medicine .
You should go for ENT consultation to get your ears checked for the disease and its extent.
You can take steam inhalations.
Take care of your ears by preventing water entering your ears and do not self clean your ears .
Do not worry when this pregnancy period is over you take antibiotics and decongestant tablet.
