Pregnant From IVF Treatment. Discharge Of Three Large Blood Clots After Having Sex. No Bleeding Or Pain. Tender Breast, Nausea. Possible Miscarriage?

I passed three large blood clots, one after the other about 7 hours after I had an orgasm. There was no pain or cramping and no bleeding before. I am 7 weeks pregnant. Could I have miscarried? My pregnancy is from IVF. The bleed subsided the same night. I am on 400mg cyclogest twice daily. My boobs are still tender, I still have mild nausea every now and then and I am still producing more than normal saliva.

It can be confirmed by the Ultra sound.

If some clots are remaining inside the uterine cavity that can be dealt by your gynecologist
