I recently got a scanning where it shows that the baby is near the birth canal is normal?
Constipation is a common symptom of pregnancy. That can occur due to progesterone predominance. You have to take plenty of oral fluids and laxatives to overcome it. You once check for liver parameters to estimate the function. You have to maintain weight according to your height. In pregnancy around 9 to 11kgs weight gain is recommended but that will be depend on your pregnancy weight. Change the anti-emetic with your doctor's advice that can help to some extent. The position of the baby will be changing constantly till advanced pregnancy, so need to worry.
