Pregnant, Having Pressure In Lower Abdominal Area. Had C-section. Serious?

Hi, I'm 15 weeks pregnant with 2nd child had a c- section an I have pressure in my lower abdominal area just above my scar an it feels quite hard the pressure is worst when cough or sneeze an now sex hurts feels like there's a wall in there blocking everything it's even uncomfortable an painful for my partner do you know what this is?

With the current state of affairs, you should avoid intercourse until the cause of the pain is deciphered. It could be a scar tenderness, though it is unlikely at this early stage of pregnancy, or it could be some herniation. I would ask you to immediately contact your consultant for further evaluation and support. Please get a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the placenta, scar situation and progress of pregnancy.
