Pregnant, Occasional Spotting, Blood Clots. Previous Miscarriages, Partial Previa. Should I Be Concerned?

I am 5 weeks pregnant....5 pregnancy. I have 3 children as 1st pregnancy ended in miscarriage in 1999. I am 37 years old. I had a partial previa with my 3rd child. A few days ago I spotted for about a day and a half and then it went away. About an hour ago I had a small amount of red blood and about 5-6 sesame seed size clots when I used the restroom....should i be worried? I am not having any cramping not have I bled anymore

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Better to consult gynecologist and get examined once.
Usually the placenta previa will not repeat in subsequent pregnancies unless previous were cesarean deliveries that can cause scar on the uterine wall.
So better to rule out.
Sometimes bleeding can be seen without pain also.
By undergoing examination and ultrasound the possible cause for the bleeding can be made-out.
