Hi im 7 months pregnant and last night i had pain in my pelvis and was feeling ill. since this morning ive been feeling like i want to throw up and like im going to have diarrhea . Ive used the bathroom but it wasnt diivearrhea. Thats the second time i passed stool since last night. Ive also been very tired, weak and achy

Given how far along in pregnancy, and given your symptoms of:

pelvic pain
ill feeling
achey
tired
nausea

it would be important to call your OB/GYN to see if they think you should be seen. This could be as simple as a viral illness, or it could be related to the pregnancy and preterm labor related issues. It is definitely a good idea to give them a call.
