Hi,
First of all,Braxton-Hicks contractions are normal during pregnancy and they are harmless. The position of the baby could change once labor sets in as you are having your third baby. Early signs of labor setting in could include pain in pelvic bones as you are experiencing now in addition to backache, pain along the thighs, excessive vaginal discharge and sometimes soreness. Since you do not have all of them, you need not worry, but keep having weekly checkups with your doctor as you may attain labor even before 40 weeks, being the third time. Good luck.
