Pregnant, Sharp Pain Between Shoulder Blades, Ribs, Back, Pain On Swallowing. Treatment?

i am about 16 weeks pregnant. Starting the night before last ive been expieriencing sharp pains in between my should blades and near the spine . Last night the pain got worse i was also feeling sharp pain near my ribs all upper back pain . This morning i was eating my breakfast and as the food was going down I felt the sam sharp pain in my chest and back. Please help! los of pain. thank you

Thanks for posting your query.
It is very difficult to say what is the cause of the pain till a doctor examines you. The chances are that it may be something simple and easily treated, like muscular pain or gastritis( excess of stomach acid).
However, as you are pregnant, it is better to get it checked out properly.
