Hello and welcome to HCM,

The ultrasound of the pelvis reveals that the gestational sac is low lying i.e. it is present at slightly lower site as compared to its normal position.
Bleeding at the implantation site is a normal phenomenon caused during implantation of zygote.
This can also cause bleeding per vaginum.
Blood vessels floating around suggests that the maternal blood vessels entering the placenta are floating at this point of time.
A regular ultrasonography has to be done regularly to look for further development.
If the blood vessels still float till term, normal vaginal delivery may not be safe.
A caserean section may be required.
There is nothing to worry at this gestation.
A regular follow up is required.

Thanks and take care
