Though I still have 2 more days to take it all the medicine seems to be doing is making the pain worst. Along with this pain I am having a very hard time with swallowing because my throat is sore. ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
You might have had a bout of infection and since you have taken the zpack you need to wait for a week or two for the signs to subside. You must remember that since you are pregnant, the doctor cannot give you strong medications which can be harmful to you and the baby.
You may ask for injectable safe antibiotics and pain killer for better and faster symptom control.
Meanwhile you may take an anti reflux med like pantoprazole 40 before food for 5 days in consultation with your doctor.
If you are not feeling better get back to me.
