Pregnant,tightness In Chest,pressure In Rib Cage.
hi. Im 33 wks pregnant , and for the last 6 hrs I ve been experiencing tightness in my chest, sudden pressure that comes and goes on my right side bellow the rib cage, shortness of breath, and a rapid and strong pulse that i can feel in my neck and chest. I dont have high blood pressure . Is this something i should worry about? Also, the heartbeat and shortness of bed get worse when i lay down.

In third trimester of pregnancy there is a pressure of baby on the diaphrgam so you feel these symptoms
Just relax but do not neglect it , it is better to get yourself examined by physician as well as your gynaecologist
It can be due to gastritis as well so take an antacid
