Premature Baby Suffers From Nose Block, Congestion, Constipation And Ear Pain For Which Prenan And Rhine Block Were Given. Sufficient?

My baby is a premature baby. 30th week delivered with 1.03 kg. She was in NICU for 7 weeks. Now 41 weeks ,her weight is 2.250 kg. After discharging, she has nose block and throat congestion. what can I do for that.
I put RHINE drops daily. but it is not work out.

And She has constipation problem. I give PRENAN formula. can I give kissmiss water to her>?
Daily night, she was started to cry. what is the reason? (nose block, ear pain or stomach pain)
please doctor, clear all my doubts.

for 3 months old baby it would be better to suck gentally each nostril after
1 dro of saline \rhine.for throat congestion better nebulize with asthain and saline solution and give short antibiotic cource.since weight gain is good with consti ation it seems formula feed is concentrated more.but if stool is not hard and abdomen is soft and urine out ut is good there is no need to worry.can give antiflatulant orally and after feeds bur well to remove ingested air of stomach which causes stomach ache sometime.

just check that her res iratory rate is not more than normal and her chest muscles do not draw inside with res iration. her abdomen is soft and she consoles after antiflatulant .she is better after nebulizatin.and her oral intake is normal.
