Prescibed Esomeprazole, Nortriptyline For Peptic Ulcers, Want To Treat Acne. Advised Blood Test, Will These Drugs Effect ?
hey... i was prescibed esomeprazole & nortriptyline+fluphenazine. i was suffering from peptic ulcer. i have taken it for 2 months. now i want to treat my acne vulgaris. before starting medication doctor has suggested me to do some tests. CBC,ESR,SGPT,creatinine,serum iron- among these i have done ESR & SGPT 2 months back before starting esomeprazole. now,should a repeat these 2 tests? have the 2 drugs any effect on ESR & SGPT level?

yjese dont have any effect normally but you are going to treat acne it will be better to know their levels as the treatment of acne again takes long you should know body levels for those whom you are written above to be normal before starting any long treatment
