Hi Jocelyn,
Dolo-650 contains paracetamol; Taxim -Oz is an antibiotic combination containing cefixime and ornidazole.
Paracetamol, cefixime are generally considered safe in pregnancy, where as ornidazole is avoided in first trimester but as you are already in third trimester, you can take it according to the prescription.
Avoid unnecessary use of medications in pregnancy. Take medicines as prescribed by your consultant only.
Wish you have a very healthy baby. All the best and take care.
