Prescribe Medicines For Hip Soreness

yesterday, my doberman got excited and I fell back on the concrete and hit my back, bottom, shoulder, head everything. Today my Ischium and hip are extremely sore and so is my neck and I can t open my mouth fully, not to eat. I already have lumbar issues. My doctor gave me naproxen and it s not taking much of the pain or soreness away

Hi and thanks for the query,
Depends on the cause. If it is arthritis, infection or mainly due to trauma. Pain killers, both nonsteroidal and steroidal anti inflammatory drugs taken with caution, intra articular injection of steroids, analgesics, physiotherapy and surgery are the main treatment options. A proper orthopedic evaluation is however required to ascertain the cause and orient treatment. Regards
