HI,
You took emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex ( so the chances of pregnancy decreased but it somtimes causes prior or late menstruation if fertilization doesn't occurs ). Normally menstruation within 35 days is considered normal.
So in my opinion wait one week later to your expected date of menstruation ie 12th Oct for your normal menstruation to come. If it doesn't then repeat urine pregnancy test ( as prior may have shown false negative test) to confirm pregnancy status . If negative with amenorrhoea or positive and don't want unwanted pregnancy then visit obstetrics and gynecology clinic for further management .

HOPE THIS WILL HELP

THANKS N REGARDS
