Prescribed .05 Twice A Week For Estrogen Patches. Taking 1 Patch Per Week. Getting Buzz In Head, Nightsweats. Cause?

My mother in law has been using the Alora Estrogen Patches for over 20 years. She has had a full hysterectomy. Her prescription is for the .05 dosage 2 times a week but she has been stretching the patches to 1 patch per week. She says she has a buzzing in her head that wont go away and night sweats. I believe the night sweats are because she isn't getting enough estrogen. But do you think the buzzing in her head is related?
