Prescribed Epilim For Cold. Is It Ok To Take Tafirol, Aseptobron ?

In Argentina, wife (presently prescribed epilim 400mg x 3 daily) has cold symptoms and seek compatibility information for pharmacy treatments : (1) Tafirol Descongestivo ( paracetamol , fenilefrina, butetamato, cafine); and (2) Aseptobron N - Caramelos (gramicindina 0.25mg, sulfate de neomycina 2.50mg, benzocaina 10.00mg). Its ok along with take antihistamine tablet also ,have some nebulisation also with steam if nasal congestion occurred .do some gargle with Luke warm water with dispirin feel better .
