Prescribed Macrobid For UTI But Yeast Found In Urine Sample. Will There Be Any Negative Effect?

Hi, I have recently gone into the doctors thinking that I had a UTI. The doctor put me on macrobid for a week, but called me yesterday saying that they found yeast in my pee sample. Although the macrobid has helped, what would using an over the counter monistat do? Are there any cons to using them at the same time?

thanks for your question

if you are suffering from uti and yeast infection than follow this treatment

take antibiotic such as combination of ofloxacine with ornidazole (250 mg) for twice in a day for 5 days. it will eliminate bacterial infection.

take antifungal like fluconazole for 5 days once in a day to eliminate fungal infection.

apply antifungal dusting powder like clotrimazole, after bathing and urination.

drink lots of water and liquid.

do not use soap. it will alter balance of skin. use antifungal soap for washing
