Prescribed With Janumet. Having Loose Motion. Taken Norflox Tz, Lomotil. Suggest
I have been prescribed tablet janumet half plus 4units human mixture 30/70 before breakfast and before dinner plus tablet mclazide -m 3times before meals, Since then I have been having loose motions immediately after I eat anything, I have taken tablet Norflox Tz, tablet Lomotil plus capsule Chloramphenicol without much succes, kindly advice me, Thanking you

Janumet is a combination of januvia and metformin. Metformin can cause gastrointestinal side effects such as diarrhoea, bloating, abdominal pain and constipation.
It is possibly this medication that is causing this effect.
In some persons as they become use to the medication the effect can be reduced.
It may also help to use it on an empty stomach.
