Pressure In The Head, Nausea After Eating Bread With Baking Soda. Sodium Overdose?

There is pressure on head. If i lay down it gets worse. I feel like my head/thinking is cloudy, I feel nauseous, and feel like I have painful gas. This all started about two weeks ago when I ate some homemade bread that had been cooked with two tsp of baking soda and one tsp of salt. Have I experienced a sodium overdose? What is wrong with me?

your food is causing this there is hyperacidity with reflux and this can cause reesure on head
use antacid gel tds
short course of metronidazol
low protein diet
plenty of fluids
non oily non greesy non spicy
must consult gastroenterologist to find the cause
