Problem In Bowel Movement After C-section And Hysterectomy. Have Pain And Movement In Stomach, Feel Cold And Freezing

My name is Kathleen. I am a 37 yr old normal mother, i am very involved in the lives of my two kids, schools and our family. However for more than 5 years I have had trouble with a simple bowel movement after 2emergency c-sections, and an emergency partialhysterectomy. When the symptoms start, I can feel things moving, twisting, and turning raround in my stomach. When the pain begina It's very similar to giving birth with constractions that are mind blowingly painful.we are talking am EXTREME amount of pain. I become extremely cold and freezing, and cannot stop shaking and pass out. When I take breaks from the toilet, I have horrible headaches or then there are these unimaginable stomach pain to where I will pass out so I burry myself under a mountain of covers and blankets and have my husband warm me up with the blow dryer because I cannot regulate my own body temperature. This goes on for hours until I can (through the use of seveal doses of constipation aids, mineral oils, sucralose oil, and suppositories, et) finally break brought enough firm stool to unleash the enormous amount of loose stool. This goes on for many hours until I either pass out shaking or vomit. After that I try to stay warm andget some rest. But I just can't take it any more! A simple bowel movement should be so difficult! Please help! This is happened every week! I cannot take it anymore. Kathleen Reynolds
