Problem With Bowel Movements, Hard Stools, Whitish Coating, Constipation. Colon, Prostrate Or Gall Bladder Condition?

i am having problems with bowel movement it is hardening almost often now few months ago was soft it just gotten worse over a period of time, i had something white in stool just moments ago it was the second time i saw it and it was hardening again had to push it out what is that mean is it a warning something is wrong with colon or prostate or gall bladder or could it be an infection

Take treatment for constipation. Take fiber rich food more water intake change life style. morning walk is a must can take isfgul husk in milk at bed time You can take ultra sound upper and lower abdomen for other problem. with report consult family physician.
