Prolonged Bleeding. Sonography Shows Thick Endometrium. Histopathology Report Normal. Prescribed Duoluton. Use?

i have bleeding from 40 days,i am 58yrs,sonography report is thick endmetrium i. e. 8mm. all other reports are normal. d&c is done twice.1st histopathology report is normal,but there were no tissue of endomatrum for checking, hence d&c is done twice.and now i adviced to take duoluton l tab for 21days. please guide me what is use of that tab? my email add is YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

Duoluton L is a Oral contraceptive.
It is a combination of (Levonorgestrel + Ethinylestradiol).
It helps in reducing Endometrial proliferation.
It regulates menstrual cycle.
