Oily and other fish, red meat occasionally, chicken (no skin) plenty of fruit and vegetables, brown rice and brown pasta, wholemeal bread, low cholesterol margarine (low in saturates), no more than four eggs a week, vegetarian cheese. Avoid potato crisps, fried foods (always grill or steam). Limit prawns and avoid corned beef and any other fatty meats. Oh dear! I forgot, the Nurse at our Doctor's practice had a big list. Suggest you call on yours! Good Luck.
