Pulled Abdominal Muscle, Have Severe Stomach Ache, With Fever. Medication?

Hi doc, I think I have pulled my abdominal muscle when I was lifting heavy objects, two objects with each of my hand , and worse part is I did that while using stairs. I didn t feel any discomfort immediately but from next day onwards I have severe stomach ache, with fever and I have to go to loo every now and then, can you please help me out..

You have pain in the abdomen associated with a pulled muscle. Proper diagnosis of the cause of pain in the abdomen needs investigations like ultrasound scan. Till then you can do a hot fomentation.
