Pulling Pain In Left Side, Spreading To Lower Back. Had Partial Gastrocectomy, Having Problems With Ferritin, Hemoglobin Levels. Suggestions?

I have had a pain in my left side but it feels like a "stich/ pulling" pain and now it has travelled down into my lower back. Just concerned as I have had a previous partical gastrocectomy in am having troubles with my Ferritin and hemoglobin levels ever since. I am under treatment for the blood as I will be seeing a hemtologist in August.

HI
Thank for choosing HCM, if your hemoglobin is frequently coming low, it is indication of some leak some where in side the abdominal cavity, as there is history of abdominal surgery, first thing is stool examination, second would be gastroscopy, these will reveal the thing, for the pain you can try Ibuprofen, discuss it with your doctor. Have nice day.
