Pulsating Pain In Forehead, Tiredness, Drowsiness. What Could Be This?

I have a pulsating pain in my forehead, it feels as though its in the same location as my vein going from between my eye brows to my fringe line.. Anyway its a pain something like a build up of pressure or a like a big yellow head would feel only 100 times more intense i can feel a lump in the location. I feel tired and drowsy like and a slight touch is painful? any ideas?

See if there is any skin infection in the area that you describes
Also rule out Sinusitis (Spenoidal sinusitis) may cause such problems
Start good steam inhalation
You may need to see an ENT specialist
