what is the pathophysiology associated with puss in stool for hernia secondary to peritoneal dialysis therapy (increase in abdominal cavity pressure from all that fluid).

Apart from your existing problem you might have some bacterial infection in your GI tract.

Go for antibiotics like Ofloxacillin medicine.
