Pus In The Diaper Of A 2 Year Old. No Fever. Had Foot, Mouth And Hands Disease And UTI. Could This Be Due To Any Of This?

I found pus (I think!) and maybe blood in my 2 year old daugter s diaper. She has no fever (although she did 3 days ago because of foot mouth and hands disease). She has had a UTI about 18 months ago. I m not sure if we are looking into a vaginal infection or UTI... 1) how much of an emergency is this? 2) is there anything I can do at home before seeing the MD? Thank you!

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Are there any frequent loose stools? Are there any vomitings? How is her oral inatke , urine output and her activity?
If she is active &playful ,oral inateke is good nothing to worry . If there are any loose stools you can give oral rehydrating solutions to prevent dehydration and consult your Doctor.
