From description, it appear that your most problem may be due to anxiety and panic attack. In more than 30% cases of palpitation, reason is anxiety. Same time get your thyroid function test done.
As your problem is very severe and leading to frequent interpersonal problems, then for assessment and treatment, you can visit specialist like psychiatrist. I had similar cases like you who improved after treatment. So, visit nearby psychiatrist.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.
Regards,
Dr. Ashish Mittal
