Hi,
You do not worry about the rash. It is is the normal sequel to get rash after dye tatoo. It will be alright in next few weeks if you are not disturbing it. The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.
