Rash On My Left Temple, Hyderm Cream, Mild Redness, Circular

I have a rash on my left temple. I do not know what it is. It has been there for about 1 month now, and has been getting bigger. I put Hyderm Cream 1% on it but it doesn t seem to work. It occasionally fades away but then comes back within a few hours. It is a mild red and starts at the end of my eye and goes out in a circular form...any ideas what this is?
