Rash On Skin, Discoloration On Upper Body. How To Get Rid Off It?

I have a rash on my skin that never clears completely. It cause discoloration on my back, shoulders, neck , arms and hands. When I drink more water its will go away but only on my back. I ve had the condition for years but my elders referred to it as acid and told me to stop drinking so many sodas. I did but I can t seem to get rid of it on my neck, arms and shoulders.

Hye! Discoloration on back is either idiopathic or can be due to many causes.. Like hormonal disturbances, anaemia, vitamin deficiency,any other internal disease. It may be due to irritaion, allergy to any thing like soap, clothes, color,dust etc... You consult dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and effective treatment. Ok..
