Rashes On Hand, Painful Urination, Yellow Discharge. On Artin And Griseofulvin. Is This A Side Effect?

Hello Doc. I am Alex, male, 28. I am about 6ft tall and I weigh about 70kg. Two days ago I complained of some small minor rash on the side of my left hand to my local pharmacist. The pharmacist gave me a drug called ARTCIN with each tablet having 500mg of Griseofulvin. Two days after I started taking this drug I started experiencing painful urination, cloudy urine with some whitish/yellowish discharge on my penis. Please advice me. Thank you.
