Rashes On Lower Back,reddish,itchy,hard.Treatment?

I am 60 years old and live in a tropica humid area of Mexico. I got a rash on my lower back this summer and thought it was from the heat and sweating. But it has spread all over my back - and in some areas is still red and VERY itchy and other areas is "hard" - like crusted over but smooth. THEN I GET THESE PIN PRICK "ELECTRIC SHOCK" SENSATIONS all over from time to time even on my chest and my sides. What is it?

Hini think it is milaria due to excessive sweat and it may be associated with acute urticaria which is causing pinprick like sensation.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.alaspan in the morning .zinetac before breakfasyt and application of calamine lotion all over body can cure the condition
