Hello, You have a gland under your jaw on the right side. You have an outbreak of skin lupus. There are two different types of symptoms—symptoms that can occur in other illnesses and symptoms that are specific to lupus. usually outbreak is associated with specific symptoms like arthritis. Skin Lupus asociated with auto ommune may not be the cause for the lymph node enlargement. Clinical examintion and investigations only will reveal the cause for the glandular swelling. Best wishes
