Reason For Child S Abdominal And Back Pain After Bouncing On Trampoline?

My 7 year old daughter was bouncing on a trampoline and landed on her back and had pain in her abdominal, but also around her waist. I thought it would get better, but she is still complaining 4 days later. Could she have done real damage or maybe just a sore muscle?

please consult orthopedic surgeon to rule out any spine injury.
ultrasound whole abdomen should also be done.
