Reason For Continued Stomach Problem With Pain In Center After Taking Treatment For Swollen Liver

Hi... Doctor.. I have stomach problem on last 3 days and regular pain on center side...I already consulted dr. last year. He said that swollen in liver and 2 months treatment. Medicine as Metrogyl-400, Nice tablet and Syp. Ranidom. Why again problem here...plz help me..?

Your query is appreciate, underlying cause of abdomen pain is matter of concern and it is challenging for clinician, if this is the recurrent pain then it could be due to chronic infection that might not be responding to antibiotic may requires the specific antibiotic molecules, it may be renal disease, biliary disease, intestinal pathologies.
Advise:- Work is must to differentiate the clinical condition or for right diagnosis, Routine blood test urine test stool test, plain x-ray abdomen, ultrasonography, CT imaging, colonoscopy.
If this is the chronic condition and not responding to treatment then above mentioned tests are must, beside the pathologies it could be functional kind of disease.
