Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM,
Mechanical trauma during sexual act can cause bleeding, however, it is unusual to bleed for long duration of time.
Thus, bleeding for log durations can be due to menstrual irregularities rather than mechanical trauma.
In the meanwhile just clean your vagina with warm water or dilute savlon solution.and apply soothing topical antiseptic cream like soframycin.
I suggest you to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment and ultrasound abdomen to assess the status of endometrial cavity. Thank you.
